A statement building referencing Tribeca’s historic warehouse district, Robert A. M. Stern-designed Tribeca Park was developed during David Wine’s tenure at Related and courts the riverfront in Battery Park featuring a roof-top water tower, cobblestone entranceway, skylit indoor swimming pool and landscaped courtyard sculpture garden.
